International Podcast day

September 30th International Podcast day!

Podcast by definition is a NOUN.
A digital audio file made available on the internet for downloading to a computer or
mobile device, typically available as a series, new installments of which can be received
by subscribers automatically.
I am loving podcast these days. They have such rich information that is condensed in short
segments, I prefer a podcast that is less than 45 mins. I enjoy eating lunch or traveling back and
forth to work listening.
In the past (before COVID), I have listening straight through ones like “The Shrink Next Doorâ€,
“Dr. Death†or “Believedâ€. I am pretty sure my first love for podcast was listening to “Serial†and
“S-Town in 2017. If you don’t listen to podcast- you might give it go.
My favorites (some are off topic from birthing world) are listed below:
~ The Confessional with Nadia Bolz-Weber
~ Unlocking Us with Brené Brown
~ Yoga|Birth|Babies with Deb Flashenberg
~ Natural MD Radio with Aviva Romm
~ Practice You with Elena Brower
~ Natal produced by You Had Me at Black

I love to have conversations with anyone about what they are listening to, it can be books or
podcasts. Right now, with my heart carrying heavy things I just have not been able to read. I can
listen to them and that serves me well right now. I enjoy subscribing to a podcast and look
forward to seeing a new one drop. What are you listening to?
